We are a panel of young activists who want to go out and give inspiring talks on how easy it is to change the world, bit by bit. We're all doing something within our own communities and countries, and we now want to inspire others to create change.
We want to talk at schools, colleges, youth and young professionals groups, community groups, old people's groups, voluntary sector forums, corporate community involvement sessions, faith groups, local and community radio, bookshops ...wherever and whenever we can.
We want to take the message out to the world, that changing the word is fun and easy.
Whatever is the issue that concerns them, young people can play a positive role in addressing the problem and in creating solutions ...just as the young people who are part of the GO CHANGE THE WORLD speaker team have done themselves.
Would you like to invite one of our team to come and speak? We will tell our own stories of how we got involved as activists and what we have achieved. We will tell inspiring stories of people of all ages, even as young as 6 years old, who have made an impact. We will provide simple and often fun things for young people to do to address environmental and global problems. We will suggest ideas for projects that young people can do individually or working together... and even sources of money that they can apply for towards their project costs.
We can all make a difference. Let the GO CHANGE THE WORLD teak inspire other young people to do just that.
